Do I need to see a Psychologist or a Counsellor? Our thoughts lead to emotions, which lead to coping behaviours that are generally not healthy. These strategies can include overthinking, day dreaming, catastrophising, procrastination, anger, stress and more. Counsellors support clients experiencing these mental health symptoms. Psychologists diagnose and treat serious mental health conditions, such as Major Depressive Disorder, Complex Trauma and much more. Our Clinician is an ACA Registered Counsellor.
-
Do you Bulk Bill/ Accept Mental Health Care Plans? No, unfortunately we don’t. Though you will find that Clinicians who do accept Medicare rarely offer their service without a gap. These gaps are often $100+. Please call around to confirm.

How much is the discount for health Insurance claims? Please be aware that Health Insurance providers will not rebate the full fee, only a part-there-of. This amount is dependent on the level of cover you currently hold with your health insurance provider. Please refer to your most up to date health insurance product disclosure statement.
