Our small, supportive group counselling sessions give you a safe space to share experiences, gain new coping strategies, and connect with people who understand.

Attendance: In person (by bookings ONLY)
Complementary tea and coffee on site.
Session Date/ Time: September
Wednesday (Day) Session (Time & Date to be advised)
Wednesday (Night) Session (Time: 7pm - 9pm; Date to be advised)
Sessions will run weekly from the date advised in a future email, once we have sufficient numbers to begin the Group sessions.
Session Length: 2 hours
Total Sessions: 12 (You can finish up at anytime, there is no contract)

Age: 18+
Gender: Mixed
Price: $50 per person/ per session
Total Cost over 12 Weeks: $600
All sessions are run by a Registered Counsellor.
Health Insurance Claims
Group sessions can be claimed through your Health Insurance. Please be aware that we cannot accept all providers. Only those listed with the Australian Regional Health Group and Bupa. Contact your Insurance provider for limits on claims. All claims will need to be processed through the provider's website. A receipt will be provided for this purpose.
